IFC may back 8990's securitization offer
The securitization is part of the company's effort to beef up financing while extending the maturity of it obligations.
8990 is also set to push through with its P9-billion bond issuance by May, proceeds of which will be used to retire its high-interest-bearing loans and for landbanking activities.
The company said it will build 11,000 units for the year, with Luzon growing 44%, the Visayas at 31% and Mindanao at 25%. The company will launch nine new projects that will provide 4,486 additional units ti its inventory with a total value of P4 billion.
